Explore ideas that changed the world at the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester. This national museum is dedicated to inspiring and educating visitors on the changes to industry from past to the present. Based in the heart of Manchester, the world’s first industrial city, and built on the site of the oldest surviving passenger train; the museum of alive with innovating discoveries in both science and technology. The museum offers exciting workshops for early years, through to Key Stages 1-3.

SEA LIFE Manchester

With hands-on experiences with fascinating educational workshops, SEA LIFE Manchester offers groups an astonishing aquarium experience where students will get up close to fascinating creatures from captivating sharks over humble starfish and seahorses to graceful ray. Younger students’ curiosity will be peaked as they become top rock pool explorers while older students can learn more about our local conservation initiatives and our Breed, Rescue, Protect projects.

Goodison Park Stadium Tour

Everton’s expert tour guides will provide an insightful trip through the history of the world’s oldest purpose-built football stadium and one of the most pioneering clubs in the English game. As part of a revamped behind-the-scenes tour, groups will get access to the players’ changing rooms – both home and away, take in the view from the Director’s Box.

International Slavery Museum
