You'll learn this history of the Jewish community in the heart of the city & view the monuments commemorating those who were persecuted during WWII Visit the recently reopened Rijksmuseum, dedicated to arts, crafts & history with 8,000 paintings from Rembrandt to de Hooch After dinner, the group could head out bowling
4 Visit the Amsterdam Cheese Museum where you can learn how Dutch cheese is made & even sample a slice or two Depart for home
